Personal burn out is one of those incidents which, generally, can is self induced. The good news is that because this is the case, its actually somewhat easy to prevent and work through. They key is to try and remain positive, focused and moving forward. Rather than retreat to your own separate world which is isolating, push yourself out a bit and try and engage new people in new ways. This may just be the trick you need.
