One of the most persistent myths about Google Adwords shopping campaigns is that you can’t target keywords. In fact, not only can you target any keywords you like, but you can specify exactly which products Google is allowed to show for each keyword that you target.

Exact match? Not a problem. Once you understand the technique, you actually get *more* control over keywords in Shopping that you do with search ads. Weird – I know.

This technique is useful in any market, with any size of budget, but it’s especially important for our small-budget clients, who need to squeeze all the sales they can out of their Shopping campaigns while maintaining their margins and profits.
