That means you should detail both contribution and distribution rights in your terms and conditions to ensure that you’re not publishing someone else’s content without their permission. If you do it right, contributors will not only be excited to be featured by your brand, but reassured by your clear communication, too.

One of the best things about user-generated content is its relatability, and that’s why it’s important that your content doesn’t misrepresent your community. An assortment of photos, reviews, and Q&A exchanges will show both the diversity and the breadth of your brand community, allowing for an accurate representation of that community that will be easily embraced.
