Next, you have to identify what your business is selling versus what customers are actually buying. For example, you might be selling a product but your customers might be buying the experience of doing business with you. If that’s the case, you might be able to find a great competitive advantage! Take a look at your competition and figure out what they’re doing that’s working, and what they’re doing that’s not, and plan your own strategy accordingly!
