Facebook launched there new Audience Network on Tuesday, a mobile ad network that will deliver targeted ads to third-party apps. Ads come in three flavors: a banner that stretches across the top of the screen, an interstitial ad that takes up the whole screen, and a native ad that takes up roughly half of the phone’s screen real estate. The new network is already delivering results for companies like Walgreens, who saw their click-through rate increase four to five times.
