Entrepreneurship is a long road to go down. It can be stressful, exhausting, and time-consuming. That’s why so many entrepreneurs will eventually face burnout. When your motivation has evaporated and you can’t see a way forward, how can you get back on track? How can you avoid it in the first place?

Make room for a workout in your schedule, and make sure that you’re eating healthy foods at regular intervals to keep your energy up and your mind sharp. And don’t work so hard that you forget to eat!
