Google is trying to adapt a built in ad blocker to google chrome which is ironic because they sell ads themselves. Not all ads will be filtered out though. The WSJ reports that only ads that offer a poor experience will be filtered out. Ads that are considered bad include pop-ups, auto play videos with audio, and ads with count down timers. Google is considering blocking all ads from a website if they have offensive ads at all.
- Google, an organization which offers advanced advertisements, is supposedly taking a shot at a component for Chrome which would square promotions of course.
- Be that as it may, it seems as if not all advertisements will be sifted through, as indicated by the report in the Wall Street Journal.
- Maybe there’s an inclination inside the organization that if awful advertisements are sifted through, web clients will be more open to great promotions and less slanted to square them.
“According to the WSJ, a possible option Google is considering is blocking ads across an entire site if any offending ads are detected anywhere.”
