Many consumers these days rely on review sites like Yelp to tell them where to spend their money. Usually this works out for a great business, but occasionally you might be targeted by a troll: someone posting a negative review just to hurt you. When that happens, contact the site’s Webmaster. You might be able to convince him to remove the post. Still, you should respond in a brief, respectful way, but offer proof that what was written is not true while still offer changes to fix any valid point of criticism.
