At the SEO BrainTrust, we teach what to do, how to do it, and how to get it done. Yes, how to work ON your business, not IN it. That’s a key concept — the part about working on your business vs. working in your business.
Outsourcing is the secret sauce for *creating* the time to get it all done.
In this replay from February 15, Pete, along with some thoughtful steering from Andrea Warner, shares actual outsourcing PDF blueprints and processes that he uses to:
- Communicate with his global team effortlessly
- Scale + syndicate high-quality content creation
- Manage his email efficiently in a very cool way
- Keep on top of his team with just one email a day
- Create the training procedures needed for success
We have found Pete’s systems to be so good that Dan Thies commented:
“Anyone who isn’t watching these webinars from Pete Williams live, HAD BETTER be watching the replays.”
The systems and blueprints you get from Pete in this webinar are invaluable. Start using them in your business right now. In-joy! To your best in everything, including your business.

Hi guys. Thanks for this. I’m very excited about what I’ve learned here. I was keen to download the transcript, but there appears to be no transcript attached… only the presentation. Is a transcript coming? Thanks
It’ll be up shortly. These things do take some editing! 🙂
Hey guys, thanks for the replay!
One quick correction – The link to the presentation transcript is just a link to the presentation slides, not the actual transcript. Are you planning to post the transcript?
David Tingley says
I’m loving the Outsourcing Group. (Group 1)
Prior to last weeks call I’d spent years perfecting the art of “fence sitting”
Honestly, I was really good at it. (I’m thinking about turning my vast knowledge on the subject into an information product. I’ll make millions).
Previously, whenever I started thinking about outsourcing a piece of my business, I’d immediately default to my list of reasons for not pulling the trigger;
1) I’m too busy.
2) I’ll start next month.
3) It’s too hard to find someone.
4) It didn’t work the last time I tried it.
5) Outsourcing is for the gurus.
6) It’s too hard.
7) I can do it better myself.
8) I need to master each task/skill it before I can outsource it.
9) I can do it faster myself.
10) It’s too much work.
Last week I reached a point where I just couldn’t take it anymore. After our call, I watch the videos you recommended. (Richard’s)
I then asked myself;
What’s on my ToDo list for tomorrow that I never want to do again, EVER?
That’s where I started.
I immediately felt “lighter”
I’m not sure exactly what happened but I like it. I like it a lot.
Mahalo to you, the other members of our group, and to Dan and Leslie.
You have created an outsourcing maniac.
Now if I could just find someone to eat healthy and spend an hour on the treadmill for me each day my life would be complete…: )
