Developing a sales strategy for 2016 is a must. If you haven’t done it yet, you should start as soon as possible. How do you plan to generate leads? To follow up with leads? Are you going to need a new salesperson this year? Put your plan together and make sure you have a budget in place to support it. That should be priority number one for the new year as 2015 wraps up. Now is also a great time to update your website, especially if you’re going to roll out new sales initiatives in 2016. What are your offers going to be? Is it time for a new header? You don’t need to do a complete revamp, but an update with a few videos will give your site a fresh coat of paint. What do you hope to accomplish for your business before the end of the year?
